Chole Bhatura is the north Indian food but liked all over the world. When you see Chole Bhature with tangy spices, nobody can stop you from eating them and enjoying their taste. Ingredients required for Chole
- 2 cup soaked Chickpeas or White Chanas
- 2 tsp oil and 1 Tej Patta or Bay leaves
- 1 Dalchini and 3 to 4 Laung (Cloves)
- 3 Green and 2 Black Cardamom
- 1 tsp turmeric, chili, coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder and seeds each
- 1 cup chopped Garlic, onion, tomatoes
- 1tsp ginger, garlic, lime juice, and green chili
- One tea bag and 1 tsp butter
Ingredients required for Bhature
- 2 cup refined flour and ⅕ tsp yeast
- ⅕ cup flour and only a pinch of salt
- Water to knead the dough

Steps to make chole
First, add the oil, bay leaf, Dalchini, cumin seed cardamom, cloves, and sabut Kali Mirch.
After this step, add chopped onion, ginger, and garlic when the ingredients mentioned above get brown.
Now add Turmeric, Chili powder, Cumin, Coriander, and Hheeng and fry with others and add a few water drinks when deglazing starts happening. Now you need to add soaked chole, and after stirring, add tomatoes, only a little sugar, and salt as needed.
This time is to add chopped green chili, ajwain, and water for a curry. Also, leave it for half an hour so that it can take its right texture. When this gets done, add lime juice and garnish with coriander and butter.
To cook, the Bhaturas knead wheat flour, refined flour, and salt together. Then sprinkle the yeast and leave for 3-4 hours. After this, take the dough, cut in similar sizes, and roll in oval or desired shape and size. Then fry it like puri in the pan until it gets brown and serve with Chole and pickles.
